  Automatically tries to discover the available upload bandwidth and limit upload to that bandwidth

  Bases the limit on desired ping. ICMP and UDP pinging supported, with auto-detection.
  ICMP can be forced in eWombat Advanced/Experimental/'don't use raw sockets for ping'
